Room to rent on promenade Ontario in a fancy neighborhood with all facilities around (supermarket, maisonneuve market, restaurants, groceries, SAQ, subway Pie IX close to the olympic stadium, 20 minutes bus to the town center…)

Short – medium – long stay in a multicultural, young (20-35 years old profesionals and students), fun and clean flatshare. We like to go out, to organize parties, drink and have fun together. Your friends are welcome !

Ok for couples depending on the rooms available. Our friends the animals are not allowed.

Description of the flat : 9 bedrooms full fournished, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 large terrace, 1 outdoor smoking room for rainy days. Room available right now.

Price range : between 340$ and 520$ depending on the rooms including charges, wifi, TV, washing machine & dryer, soap, shampoo and few kitchen facilities (salt, pepper, oil, spices, sugar, flour…)

We speak english, spanish and french. And we’ll be happy to make progress in other language with you guys.
