Cozy 4 BR Apartment on 2 floors and great located!

Hello there,

Our shared apartment has one free room for you. We're three open-minded guys in our mid 20s and are looking for the right roommate. Two of us are working most of the day and the third one is studying here. Everyone is quite creative, organized and clean.

The room comes furnished as shown on the pictures. There is a 200$ fee for the furnitures and a 500$ deposit.

Interested, but by when do you need someone to move in? My current lease is up in April so that's when I'd be moving.

Hey I'm interested. I have two cats so I'm not sure if this would be a problem. Plus I have my own furniture so I'm not sure what I would do?
