Trois chambres se libèrent dans notre immense appartement meublé à la sortie du métro Laurier.

L’appartement est au deuxième étage. Il possède une grande cuisine très lumineuse, un salon, une salle à manger, deux salles de bain et deux balcons, en plus des chambres.

La cuisine contient tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner : grand îlot, four, micro-ondes, 2 frigidaires, un grille-pain et un lave-vaisselle (!!).

L’appartement contient également une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Le grand salon avec 2 divans, dont un pouvant servir de lit, contient une grande télévision branchée sur un Apple TV.

La localisation de l’appartement est idéale : au cœur du Plateau Mont-Royal, directement à la sortie du métro Laurier. À proximité de deux épiceries métro, d’une SAQ, de pharmacies, du parc Laurier et de l’avenue Mont-Royal (et tous ses commerces, bars et restaurants).

Nous sommes Nicolas, Jean, Benoît et Lara, nous serons donc 7 une fois l’appartement au complet. Jeunes professionnels travaillant généralement sur un horaire typique de 9 à 5, nous cherchons donc des gens qui partagent sensiblement le même horaire que nous pour pouvoir participer à la vie de colocs. Nous aimons bien planifier des sorties, se prévoir des soirées ciné ou des soirées bouffe entre colocs. Nous sommes des personnes très ordonnées et très propres, nous avons un horaire de ménage, afin de garder ce grand appartement présentable et agréable à y vivre.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There’s a big and bright kitchen, a living room, a dining room, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies.

There’s all you need to cook : a big central cooking island, an oven, a microwave, 2 fridges, a toaster and a dishwasher (!!).

You can also find a washing machine and a dryer. In the big living room, you can find a two couches, one of them is a sofa-bed, and a big television connected with Apple TV.

The location of the apartment is ideal : at the heart of the district Plateau Mont-Royal, just at the exit of Laurier station. Close to 2 groceries stores, an SAQ, pharmacies, Laurier Park and the Mont-Royal avenue (with all its stores, bars and restaurants).

We are Nicolas, Jean, Benoît and Lara, we will be 7 once the apartment will be complete. Young professionals usually working on a classic schedule from 9 to 5, we’re looking for people who work similar schedules to take part in the appartment’s dynamic. We love to go out, plan movie nights or cook good meals together. We are organized and clean people, we have a cleaning schedule to keep the house clean and pleasant to live in.
