Room for rent in Mission Valley townhome

Hi all! I need someone to take over my lease from June 1 - September 30. I rent one room in a 4 bedroom town home with 3 other girls. They are all in their early to mid 20s and work full time. Another female young professional would be great! Rent is $750 plus utilities (SDGE & internet only - water is paid by landlord).

The room has its own entrance that leads to a green belt outside. It also comes with a storage area in the hallway. You would be sharing a bathroom with 2 other (very clean) girls. Parking is pretty easy in the community - I've never had a problem parking in the street or in the carport that comes with the house.

I've attached photos of the room, bathroom, storage area outside of the bedroom, the kitchen, and living area.

This townhome is in a quiet community near USD. It's mostly owners and renters and is dog friendly :)
