WANTED ROOMMATE IN TRENDY LOS FELIZ

This is a well and naturally lit 2 bed, 2 bath with very high ceilings, incredibly spacious and a little slice of heaven. It has central A/C and heating, great water pressure(my favorite), and a full and spacious kitchen for your use as well.

It’s conveniently located, safe, and it has all your necessary amenities close by. Picture your weekdays...waking up after a full nights sleep, getting ready in your bathroom (I have my own), and then making your way through our sunlit living room to the full kitchen to grab a bite to eat on your way out. Leaving the front door you will make your way to the garage where your car is parked and and then maybe head around the corner to Starbucks for your morning coffee. Since our apartment is convenient to both the 101 or I5 any commute is made easy. The apartment is close to both freeways as well as Forest Lawn Memorial Park and a slew of other amenities including Little Dom’s, HOME, Alcove, Skylight books, and of course Starbucks Reserve. There is plenty of shopping and other restaurants/bars to visit as well.

As for me. I’m pretty easygoing, work hard, and have a good sense of humor. I’m not so interested in dramatics and get along with everyone as long as they are good people, and that’s all I’m asking for. I’m hoping to find a roommate with a full time job, ability to pay rent is also v important lol, and cleans up after themselves. I like to have fun so I don’t mind someone with a social life or who wants to have friends over. It would be your apartment too so feel comfortable in that respect. All I ask is no cigarettes, but other smoke is ok 😅.
