Two bedrooms available in Bushwick two blocks from Dekalb L train

I'm looking for roommates in a 2 bedroom+basement apartment for Aug 1 move in with 1 year lease (negotiable with landlord).
It's a newly built building with central air for the whole unit and clean everything.
There is 1.5 bathroom, large livingroom+kitchen, access to beautifully floored and furnished backyard and roof.
It's less than 5 min walk to subway and about 20 min to Union Square. Nice neighborhood with bars, restaurants, laundromat (there is a set of coin operated washing machine and dryer in the building as well), hospital and park near by.
You will be sharing the apartment with me(female, 28) and another male(289) roommate, both artistic creatives, active outside and passionate about life. We're low key and quiet in the apartment and like to keep the place clean and respectful about each others' space and belongings.
$900 - 1 room, appx. 12'x8'+closet with no window, but central air keeps the room at good temperature and ventilated.
$1100 - 12'x8'+closet with a large window with direct view to the new beautiful backyard.
There is one set of desk, bed, hanging rack, coffee table, and tv stand for either rooms.
