Large room 10-15min from Harvard stadium/HBS. Awesome housemates and large space, very friendly and clean atmosphere.
We are 5 housemates in an apartment/house unit (3floors). All ages 33-26 with one BU student and the other's young professionals. Very friendly atmosphere/organized/professional. The apartment is split into 3 floors, 1st floor is the kitchen, half bath and dining area/living room. Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 2nd/3rd floors. Very large bedrooms and living area for 5 people. Basement space is massive with laundry machines for the apartment. Onsite parking available. Small little yard perfect for summer BBQs (which we love to do!). Shared patio/terrace for other units with yard furniture. The room is available June with the option to extend the lease starting August 2019-2020. The room is furnished.
