Room in SouthSF

We have a room available in South San Francisco and we’re looking to fill it by December 1st (at the earliest) or the 12th (at the latest)! Professionals, students, and couples - preferred - welcome. Room is priced at $1525 - utilities (garbage, electricity, wi-fi, water) not included, which roughly ends up being $70/month.

I have a big, friendly dog (Lab/pitbull mix) who lives mainly in my downstairs bedroom, but comes upstairs to socialize. He loves to cuddle!
RJ (and Rocky):
Online student and working full-time
Studying environmental engineering / working at a tech startup
Travels for work/family a lot
Rocky (short for Rockaway) is a baby leachie gecko who lives in a terrarium in my room. Super friendly guy who loves to meet people, eat bananas, and listen to jazz music.

15 min drive to SF State
15-20 min drive to the city
5 min drive to Trader Joe’s/Safeway/Costco/Tanforan/BART (walking distance)
Lots of street parking (corner + no street sweeping)
3 min away from highway
