My awesome roommate is starting a new chapter in her life, and I need to share this beautiful place!

I’m searching for a person to co-sign the lease of my beautiful 2BED/2BATH penthouse apartment in the Fillmore District.

The lease will renew on 3/1. I don’t know the exact amount yet, but I estimate it will be around $2.200 each.

I’m a middle-age, single, professional woman working on the design world for an international architecture Firm located in FiDi. I’m usually out for work by 7.30 am and return home around 6.30 pm. I don’t smoke and I drink socially. I like to go out for dinner, drinks, movies, concerts, museums, but at home, I’m very chill. Sometimes I even cook!. On weekends I’m all out and about, exploring our beautiful bay area and beyond.

Ideally, you have a similar profile, routine, and interests.

The apartment is 978 SF, completely and tastefully furnished, located on the 15th floor of a 15-story tower.

Your Room: Spacious bedroom with ample mirrored closet, wood floors, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub. Private access to an 8x11 patio with fabulous views of the city. Furniture is negotiable.

Common Spaces: The dining area have a marble table and 6 chairs. The living room area has a convertible couch and conversation chairs, working fireplace, area rug, Ultra HD TV with HBO, bay windows and access to an 8x11 patio, with patio chairs and table and a BBQ grill. The kitchen is open to the dining area, have wood cabinets, granite countertop, and stainless steel appliances.

The Building: High-rise 15-story tower in a complex sprawling over three full city blocks, letting you take in this gorgeous city with views that are stunning day or night. The laundry room is on the 3rd floor with multiple washing and dryer machines, operated with a credit card. Secured entry garage parking at ground floor, luscious outdoor courtyard with BBQ area, dog park and water features with LED lighting.
Residents have access to a free shuttle service (IT Bauer) to and from the Financial District every day on weekdays.

The Neighborhood: Located on the historic Fillmore District, we are walking distance to trendy restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. We have a Farmer’s Market every Saturday morning just 2 blocks from our place. Safeway is 2 blocks away, as well as Fitness SF. Japan Town and Pac Heights are just a few blocks away. AMC 8 is 3 blocks from here. And Alamo Square is a nice stroll.
