This great apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms and is currently shared with two females, one in each of the other rooms. Everyone is clean and sane. Common areas are shared. Utilities average about $50 for each person and includes high speed internet.

The neighborhood is in the best part of the Lower East Side close to all the action, but not in the middle of it. The F,J,M and Z trains are conveniently located at the end of the block.
