Newly renovated bedroom with en suite bathroom in Hell's Kitchen (shared apartment with 2 other really nice girls)

I will be moving in January 2019 and looking to sublet my room from mid-September through end of December 2018 or early January 2019.

Apartment located in Hell's Kitchen on 42nd st and 9th ave. Apartment is newly renovated and has AC / heat, elevator, and in-building washer dryer. Cost includes electricity and wifi. You would be sharing the apartment with two other really nice girls -- one is a grad student and the other works during the day.

You would have a 1 bed and en suite bathroom to yourself and a walk in closet. Room is 11ft by 15ft.

Room would come unfurnished but we can negotiate about including a bed given the short timeframe for subletting.
