New build downtown! All inclusive - Looking for roommate

Hi! I'm looking for a female roommate in a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in the brand new Maestria building in Place des Arts.
There are many building amenities such gym, art room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, terrace, movie theater, sauna (soon), jacuzzi (soon), game rooms, library, shared work area and an absolutely beautiful skybridge on the 26th floor.

The apartment itself has everything you need, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, big fridge, TV with all the good platforms, and the room has a big closet, a bed and a desk. The rent is 1433$ CAD per person and includes water, heating, electricity and fast wifi.

You would be sharing the apartment with me and two sweet cats. I'm in my mid 20s and work full time. I like to keep the space clean and respectful and am ideally looking for someone who shares the same values. But I'm also very easy-going in general!
I really enjoy camping, working out, making pancakes, drinking lots of tea, going on walks, spending time with friends, watching movies, etc. But I'm also always happy to try new activities!

The apartment is 4 min away from Place des Arts metro and 8 min away from Place d'Armes. There's a mall and grocery store 5 min away but I also have an Instacart subscription that I'd be happy to share :)
