Pour information, l'annonce est pour le 1er mars, mais vous pouvez emménager dès le 1er février
L'appartement est composé de deux chambres et d'une troisième pouvant être aménagé pour accueillir vos amies ou familles.
Je quitte l'appartement pour emménager avec ma femme, je vous laisse donc ma chambre (possibilité de récupérer quelques meubles).
Vous serez avec mon coloc actuel âgé d'une trentaine d'années qui est chercheur au CHUM, calme et pas mal à son affaire, l'appartement est assez calme je précise ;).
Situé a proximité du métro st Henri c'est vraiment idéal été comme hiver d'ailleurs.
Le loyer est tout inclus (électricité, eau, wifi)
Honnêtement si j'en avais l'occasion, je resterai dans cet appartement.
