Luxury Apt/ Looking for a Chill Roommate/ Own Room/ Huge Closet (Midtown West)

My name is Kyle I moved out to NYC last year from California. I gym, play basketball and like to stay active. I work in the Financial Industry. Im a chill roommate looking for someone that is focused on there career, but is also down to be friends and have a good time!

I live in a luxury apartment building in Hudson Yards/West Midtown right next to Hells Kitchen. My current roommate was my friend from college and he is moving back to Los Angeles, because he has a better opportunity for work. Spacious apartment as well as kitchen (especially for NYC standards). The very large room has a huge closet with built in shelves. It also has its own A/C & heating unit for your own comfort. Shared bathroom. The apartment has a balcony with two comfortable zero gravity chairs that gives you an amazing view of the Hudson River and Midtown. This luxury apartment has great door men that greet you everyday and are extremely helpful for ensuring your packages get safely to you. They also ensure that only the residents plus notified guests are able to come up to the apartments. There is a house phone that the door men use to contact the residents to ensure these guests are expected. Included in our rent is a 24/7 efficient maintenance staff, that work on the apartment whenever there is a need. Apartment has a nice gym as well as a Sky room that has a pool table on the top floor. Also has a beautiful rooftop that looks over the Hudson river, can also see the Empire State building, The New Yorker and all of Downtown Manhattan. There is a laundry unit as well as world class dry cleaning. Great bars right up the block. Close to Penn Station and Hudson Yards for transportation. Close to Chelsea and the Meatpacking District as well for great night life! Roommate will have to sign a one year lease with me through the management company of the building.
