Looking for a roommate to join in a new lease in North Decatur

I'm looking for a young professional to join me in a new lease of a North Decatur roommate-style townhouse in an apartment complex. It includes a 2-car garage, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer.

I work full time as a web developer near Perimeter Mall. I am admittedly messy, but totally responsive to sticky notes or verbal warnings if I have forgotten to put my dishes away or left a pair of shoes in the hall. My room may be a mess sometimes, but typically the common areas stay clean.

I am an excellent cook, and I will gladly be the house chef in exchange for the dishes being done. I am an avid outdoorsman and camp and backpack as often as my schedule affords. I come with a Roku TV and both an XBox One and a 360. I do not drink or smoke, though I do not judge you for doing so. I do not often stay out late and party, though—again—I do not judge you for doing so (as long as it doesn't interrupt my sleeping schedule).

I will be looking to go 50-50 with all utilities including internet. I do not have pets. I am very, very happy if you have a dog. Also content with cats. Snakes are fine too. Not a huge fan of birds...
