Apartment is literally in Harvard Square, about a 3 minute walk from the T and 2 minute walk from the river. This unit has never been lived in before. Perfect location for HKS, HBS, GSD, or anyone who commutes on the Red Line. I've lived in Cambridge for nearly a decade and never seen an apartment before this convenient and brand-spanking-new.

Two Open Rooms: Each comfortably fits any size bed, with a large closet and a private brand new modern bathroom with shower. Windows are north-facing. All the rooms have recessed lighting already and have central A/C, controlled by a central panel. Both rooms face onto a side street with very little traffic.

Looking for two people to start 9/1 for full year lease only. $1900 for each room, with first+security to move in. The rooms are already lightly furnished with a brand-new bedframe and mattress, but I can move them if you want to move your mattress/bed in. The rest of the apartment is furnished. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed by the management. The immediate vicinity is metered parking only, but the Cambridge resident street parking starts just a block away.
