- The *shared* kitchen and living room is with *only one* young, healthy active, entrepreneurial female!

- You are welcome to use all the appliances (Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Dishwasher), cookware, dishes in the kitchen, etc.

- There is ensuite laundry (washer/dryer).

- Indoor parking is available for $50 more monthly.
