Cosy bedroom in Harlem West

We are three friendly men between 24 and 28 years old looking for a 4th roomate between January 1st and June 30th 2017 (6 months with possibility to extend).

The Building (recently renovated) is located between 125th street and Frederic Douglas Avenue (subway A,B,C,D at 15 meters). Central Park and Columbia University are a 10 min walk away.

We are renting one bedroom not furnished for $1,175 a month with 1 month deposit (no extra charge).

Building Facilities :
- Elevator
- Laundry at the basement

We have a fully equipped kitchen and a very sunny living room where we love to share a glass of wine.

We are very cosmopolite as we are one American, one
Mexican and one French person working in very different area and sharing the apartment with a lovely and very calm cat.
