Je cherche 2 étudiant(e)s sympathiques, non fumeurs (euses) pour partager un grand 6 1/2 dans NDG.

2 chambres disponibles dès maintenant. Il y a 3 chambres en tout. Bail d'un an à signer.

Deux chambres disponibles: Une à 800$ (petite, en blanc sur les photos) et l'autre à 975$ (très grande, en jaune sur les photos avec salon privé). La chambre bleu vient d'être louée à un étudiant d'HEC. Wifi haute vitesse inclus. Charges incluses (eau chaude, chauffage, électricité).

L'appartement est un haut de duplex, calme, ensoleillé, dans un quartier résidentiel, verdoyant et très sécuritaire.

L'appartement est entièrement meublé (la chambre aussi) et fourni (lit, bureau, lampes, tables, étagères, literie, TV, laveuse/sécheuse, vaisselle, four, micro-ondes, etc).

L'appartement est situé à 2 min à pied du métro Villa-Maria. Juste à côté des autobus 24/103/162. Il est également situé à côté de tous les services (épiceries, restos, boulangeries, dépanneurs, banque, pharmacie, piscine, bibliothèque, parcs et bien +), à 15 min. en transport en commun de HEC, UdeM, Poly, à 20 min. de McGill, Concordia, à 25 min. de l’UQAM, à 30 min. de l'ÉTS.

I am looking for 2 friendly, non-smoking students to share a large 6 1/2 apartment in NDG.

Two rooms are available now (in white and yellow in the photos). The blue room just got rented to a HEC student. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, and a one-year lease needs to be signed.

The 2 available rooms are as follows: One at $800 (small, in white in the photos), another at $975 (large, in yellow in the photos). High-speed WiFi is included, and utilities (hot water, heating, electricity) are also covered.

The apartment is a quiet, sunny upper duplex in a residential, green, and very safe neighborhood. It comes fully furnished (including the bedroom) and equipped (bed, desk, lamps, tables, shelves, bedding, TV, washer/dryer, dishes, oven, microwave, etc.).

The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from Villa-Maria metro station, right next to buses 24/103/162. It is also close to all amenities (groceries, restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, banks, pharmacies, swimming pool, library, parks, and more). It’s a 15-minute public transit ride to HEC, UdeM, and Poly, 20 minutes to McGill and Concordia, 25 minutes to UQAM, and 30 minutes to ÉTS.
