In need of finding someone that would like to rent a bedroom in a 3 bedroom town house in Old City. The house includes hardwood floors, a back patio, rooftop, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a washer and dryer.

In the bedroom, you can easily fit a queen size bed, medium size desk, and even a single sofa chair.

Of the two roommates:

William is a Drexel graduate working in Real Estate Management
