Beautiful Room in Large Presidio House

Look at you, searching for a sweet, new spot on Quoloc. Look no further, you're done! We've got a room ready to go in our mega-sized house in the Presidio: home to actual yards, free shuttles, taco trucks and other cool stuff.

Do you want perks? We've got 'em. There's ample parking, a big kitchen, a gas stove, porch and a washer AND dryer, a BIG couch and living room, a dining room, TWO walk-in pantries, two refrigerators, WIFI and windows. Lot's of windows.

Not enough? How about basement storage, a creepy attic, lots of closets (more than we know what to do with), a patio, quiet neighbors, and a view of the bay.

What's nearby? Nature! We're in the INFANTRY TERRACE neighborhood ... THE authentic HISTORIC Officer Quarters in the Presidio. Trees, trails, a bowling alley, a YMCA, Climbing Gym, Crossfit, more trees and short walks to the Marina, Crissy Field and Laurel Heights. Not good enough? We've also got tennis courts, a fancy hotel, the Walt Disney Museum (for your niece & nephew), some restaurants for good cocktails, a free shuttle that goes directly to the Financial District and a small community park that has a BBQ grill and picnic table.

Who are we? Four roommates whose ages range from the mid 20's to the early 40's. Our senior roommate Mark knows a thing or two about wine, cheers! Ross stays healthy with his savory home cooking and also knows a thing or two about tech. Lauren is always busy climbing, sailing, or skiing. Jonathon can be found exploring the city. Our house dog Voltaire loves to go hiking and cuddle up for a movie. We're a casual bunch and really enjoy our friendly home.

How much will all this cost you? $1,705 a month. That's it?! Well, there's also a deposit of $1,705 but hey, you'll get that back later. Oh, be prepared to pony up about $125 a month to keep the lights on. If you've got wheels, that'll cost you a "donation" of $50 bucks a month. We're told this supports the Federal Parking Patrol's "revenue enhancement program"...?
