Je m'absente pendant 4 mois, à partir du 6 MAI au 1er Septembre et mets à disposition ma chambre (ci-joint photo) dans une colocation de deux personnes, avec Valentin, 22 ans, étudiant Français. L'appart se situe au croisment de Duluth et Saint Dominque, sur le Plateau.
Le loyer est de 1100 CAD par mois, (Internet et Hydro inclus) + une caution obligatoire du montant du loyer d’un mois qui ne sera pas encaissée.
Idéal pour toute personne nécessitant un pied à terre à Montreal pendant l’été.

I’m leaving my apartment for 4 months from the 3rd of May to the 1st of September and I’m making my room available. You will share this apartment with Valentin, a French student of 22 years old. The apartment is located on the plateau, at the junction of Boulevard Saint-Laurent and the well known Duluth street.
The rent is 1100 CAD per month (Internet and Hydro included). A mandatory deposit equal to a month of rent is required but will not be cashed.
Ideal flat for any person looking for a place to enjoy the Beautiful Summer of Montreal.
