$875 Roommate wanted: Lower Allston 9/1 (Allston, MA)

Hello,

We are two queer women in our early 20s looking for a clean and considerate roommate for a 9/1 lease on a 3 bed apartment in Lower Allston, on the third floor of a walk up. The apartment has an open layout living room and kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, lots of cabinets, a good amount of storage space, and a gas stove. There are spacious front and back porches, and free on-street parking without permit. The apartment has a lot of windows that provide natural light and air flow. There is coin op laundry in the basement as well as some storage space. The rooms are a good size and can easily fit a queen bed as well as some furniture. They all have large built-in closets. Utilities not included, $80 estimate for winter. Nearby buses include 64, 66, and 70, as well as a short walk to the 86.

About us:
Ariel - part time grad student studying higher education administration at BU. Outgoing, comedy nerd, and pasta aficionado.

Katy - working at an insurance company in Copley. Loves to cook, read and watch terrible sci fi shows.

About you:
Queer friendly, clean, considerate, and hopefully runs on a similar schedule to us, so we can all be respectful of each other's sleep schedules/quiet time.
