Hi! I have a 5 bedroom, 2 bath basement suite and I'm looking for 3 roommates to fill 3 rooms. I have lived here for 2 years but most of my roommates have now graded and moved out so looking for 3 other lovely people to join me!

The place is a basement suite of a big house with 4 rooms (all different sizes), 2 bathrooms, a TV room and a small kitchen (which is where the front door enters). $700 includes all utilities (steal!) except for wifi, which usually ends up being around 5-20 bucks a month depending which one we get.

Each room likely includes:
-bed (ranges from single to queen)
-desk
-closet
-other miscellaneous furniture (chairs, lamps, dressers, side tables)

Features:
-dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster in kitchen (plus some kitchen supplies)
-TV, 2 couches
-in-suite washing machine and dryer
-backyard area
-garage (can store stuff there), back alley (1 spot for parking) with basketball hoop (old but functional!)

Other stuff nearby:
-Oakridge mall (~8 min walk away, 2 min bus) which includes Oakridge skytrain station
-41/43 bus stop is 2 min walk away - gets you to UBC in ~25 mins
-downtown in ~20 mins
-Queen Elizabeth park is ~10 min walk away
-Right down the street from VanDusen Gardens
-Close to pharmacy, coffee shop, jewish community centre
-2 min walk to 7/11

I'm looking for roommates who:
-are friendly!
-are tidy and respectful (ideally have lived with others previously and have references)
-dont smoke, do drugs, or drink a ton
-are ideally students
-can keep the place clean (living with 5 people, things can get messy pretty quickly)
-can sign a year long lease (required)
