Building is about 2.5 years old and we're the first tenants in this apartment. The room has ample closet space and a separate handy storage place. It fits a queen size bed. The apartment is fully furnished. The current roommate is a female resident doctor living and working in Brooklyn. We're looking for a young female professional to take over for 8 months. There is an option to renew the lease after July 2019. Furniture in the room is available for purchase.

The apartment is close to the L, G, J, M, Z trains and minutes away from all the really nice bars and restaurants that's Williamsburg has to offer. The building has a laundry room and a fitness centre. It also has rooftop access and looks over the city. Awesome for rooftop parties and gatherings during the summer!
