This home is fully furnished and access to all furnished items throughout the house, such as the living area with smart TV (inc. a TV with netflix & stan, kitchen with all cooking appliances (including an air fryer), washing machine, dryer, etc. Just bring yourself and settle in. Your room can either be furnished or unfurnished.
