1 br for rent in 4br bright, sunny east village apt

We are three women in our 20s and 30s who are looking for a new roommate for our happy home. Sadly our old roomie's company is moving and we need someone awesome to fill her shoes.

The apartment consists of the entire fourth floor of a pre-war walk-up (three floors up). It has wood floors, french doors, and plenty of natural light. We're located in a great part of the East Village; surrounded by tons of bars, restaurants, and located near the 6 train at Astor Place, the R train at 8th street, and minutes from Union Square.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and clean.

The rent is $1425 and utilities run about $80-100 a month (cable, internet, cleaning lady, AC, etc included). We are looking for someone to move in August 1st (could be earlier if needed) and ideally will stay on a longer term basis.

- Room is unfurnished but the old roomie is leaving an in-room AC unit (pictured).

- One month rent and proof of income is required for move-in

- The dog pictured does not live here, but visits occasionally.

- There is not laundry in the building, but tons of drop-off and laundromats in the area, including one around the corner.
