Hi! My name is Chelsey and I am moving out due to job relocation. I'm looking for a responsible, respectful, clean roommate in her 20s-30s to take over my lease. Working professional women are preferred.

My roommate is a 32 year old, friendly, easy going, clean and hard working professional who lives and works in the Financial district. She is particular about cleanliness of common spaces like the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. She always pick-up after herself and would request someone to do the same.

I have lived here for 2 years, and my roommate has lived in this building for 5 years and we can't say enough great things about the doormen, the amenities, and how easy it is to get to other parts of the city (right near Fulton Street Station).

This lease runs through the end of October, 2019, with the possibility of signing another 6-mo or 1-year lease then.

*Roommate has living room/kitchen furnished, with small amount of room for other furniture if needed
